Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a dress code?

Yes! Each event has its own dress code, which you'll find in the programme.

Think elegant, relaxed and Cape Town chic.

Can I bring my children?

The weekend is an adults-only celebration. If you're travelling with children, we're happy to recommend trusted babysitters or nanny services in Cape Town.

How do I get around Cape Town?

Uber is safe, affordable and widely available throughout Cape Town. We recommend using Uber rather than renting a car if you're mainly joining the planned events

Can I bring a plus one?

Your invitation is addressed to the guests listed on your invitation.

If you're unsure, just get in touch.

Can I bring a gift?

Your presence is the greatest gift I could ask for. If you'd still like to mark the occasion, you'll find a few ideas below.

Getting there

From Amsterdam
The easiest option is a direct KLM flight from Amsterdam to Cape Town.

From Tofo
Travel to Maputo first, then continue your journey to Cape Town from there.

From Maputo
Fly via Johannesburg to Cape Town. (Who knows, by then LAM may have resumed its direct Cape Town flights!)

Alternatively, drive to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (MQP) near Nelspruit, where you can leave your car in the secure long-term parking (approximately R300 per day).

From Nelspruit (MQP)
We recommend flying with
Safair.
